The role :
- Daily/Weekly reporting
- Define, set-up and implement a purchasing strategy regarding our customer expectations and vision
- Adapt the strategy to external and internal constraint
- Review the whole purchasing process (definition of the need until contract with suppliers) and optimize the quality/price/delivery.
- Managing purchasing information and systems (SAP, ERP. CRM)
- Knowledge and creation of tools related to purchasing methodology (sourcing, benchmark, bidding, specifications definition, e-tools, negotiation, contract creation).
- Share KLB Group network and knowledge with our customer

Essential Requirements :
- Master in Purchasing or Engineer specialized in Purchasing
- At least 5 years experiences
- International exposure is a must
- Chinese fluent, English fluent, French fluent
- Proven experience with a similar position
- Proactive, Autonomous
- Proven ability in supplier sourcing, price negotiation and unique savings initiatives

Desirable :
- Lotus Notes knowledge
- Experience abroad
