The role :
- Daily/Weekly reporting
- Provide overall leadership for planning and guiding company operational excellence programs.
- Identify and facilitate key projects
- Drive process improvement to enhance quality, safety, customer satisfaction, production standards and cost efficiencies.
- Lead Kaizen (Rapid Improvement Activities) in production and administrative processes and promote 6 Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge and creation of tools related to lean manufacturing to insure that results remain tangible.
- Share KLB Group network and knowledge with our customer

Essential Requirements:

- Master in an Engineering discipline with at least 5 years work experiences
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- Proven success utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools
- Root Cause and Corrective Actions knowledge
- Process & Value Stream Mapping
- Risk Management tools
- International exposure is a must
- Chinese fluent and English fluent
- Proven experience with a similar position
- Proactive, Autonomous
- Ability to interact with all levels of the Organization

Desirable :
- Lotus Notes knowledge
- Experience abroad
