With our Chinese office enjoying continued growth, you would be part of our Expert Talent Services business unit and gain from our strong experience. With a young and dynamic team, KLB Group would accompany you and lead you to achieve your goals and objectives.

The role :
- Daily/Weekly reporting
- Develop and follow global purchasing projects at customers
- Plan the purchases, negotiations and contracts with suppliers regarding the type of the mission
- Suppliers analysis and negotiation
- Managing purchasing information and systems (SAP, ERP. CRM)
- Optimize the purchasing process/methods until improvement for each type of purchases.
- Share KLB Group network and knowledge with our customer
- RFQ, RFP, RFI document creation and process management

Essential Requirements :
- Master in Purchasing or Engineer specialized in Purchasing
- At least 1-2 years experience
- International exposure is a must
- Chinese fluent, English fluent, French is a plus
- Strong knowledge of purchasing tools
- Proactive, Autonomous
- Proven ability in supplier sourcing, price negotiation and unique savings initiatives

Desirable :
- Lotus Notes knowledge
- Experience abroad
